What is the minimum order quantity?
Custom parts: from 1 piece. Bulk and business orders: a standard minimum of 50 pieces, negotiable case by case. Architectural models: quoted per project.
Can I order just one custom part?
Yes. Our custom part service has a minimum order quantity of one piece. Request a custom part quote.
Which files can I send?
We accept STL, OBJ and 3MF 3D files, PDF drawings, and JPG or PNG reference images. Email your files with your project or part name in the subject line. For large files, send a download link.
How is a custom project priced?
We review your design and requirements, then send you a quotation. Your order is only confirmed once you approve the quote.
Do you make architectural models for professional projects?
Yes. We work with architects, architecture firms, builders, real-estate developers and designers. Request a custom model quote.
How long will my order take?
Timelines depend on the product and the project. For custom work and bulk orders, we confirm the expected timeline with your quotation.
